When registering your account, you will need to use a personal email address. Please do not use your school email address or your next of kin email address. This ensures that you continue to receive correspondence from us after you have left school and that both you and your parent/ carer can have your own accounts.

You will be able to view the journey of your application via the College Application Portal.

Callywith College is striving to be a completely inclusive and diverse college and we welcome all applications in order to ensure under-represented groups are fully represented in both our student and staff population.

With places at Callywith College filling rapidly, to guarantee an interview for a place in September 2026, apply by 20th February 2026. We strongly encourage late applications as soon as possible.

Late Applications
(applications made after official February deadline)

The official deadline for applications is always the last day of the February half term holiday in the spring term. If applicants miss the official deadline, we would still encourage them to apply. The application will be considered a ‘late application’. We will endeavour to process and consider late applications and will invite applicants to interview where possible, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Whilst we hope that all applicants to Callywith College will be able to secure places at the college, we would recommend that you look for an alternative destination in case a place does not become available. At post-16 application stage, you may hold simultaneous offers up until the point of enrolment so we strongly advise that you have a back-up plan if a place at Callywith does not become available. If at any point you wish to withdraw your application, please contact admissions@callywith.ac.uk and we will remove you from our list.

What happens next?

Once you have submitted your application, you’ll be invited to an interview. Don’t be nervous! This is just so that we can get to know you, and you can ask us any questions you have about the courses or the college.

Take a look at our ADMISSIONS FAQS to give you an idea of what steps you can expect before starting your journey with us in September.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us for any extra information or advice. Call us on 01208 224000 or send us an email at admissions@callywith.ac.uk
