Callywith College is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Lecturer in Law to join our highly successful Academic Team. We are looking for a passionate educator who can inspire and motivate students studying A Level Law, helping them achieve outstanding outcomes and develop a deeper understanding of the legal system.
We welcome applications from experienced teachers, newly qualified teachers, and individuals with relevant legal expertise who are looking to move into teaching. The hours available are flexible, ranging from 0.5 FTE through to a full-time appointment, depending on the experience, availability and strengths of the successful candidate.

About the role
As a Lecturer in Law, you will:
- Deliver engaging and high-quality A Level Law lessons.
- Support students to achieve excellent academic outcomes.
- Monitor and review student progress and provide effective feedback.
- Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities.
- Work closely with colleagues to support students' academic and personal development.
- Participate fully in assessment, tutorial and student support processes.
About you
You will ideally have:
- A degree in Law or a closely related subject.
- A recognised teaching qualification, or a willingness to work towards one.
- Experience of teaching Law, preferably at A Level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to inclusive education and student success.
- The ability to inspire, motivate and challenge young people to achieve their potential.
