Callywith College is delighted to be expanding our academic team and we have exciting opportunities which are now open for Lecturers across a variety of subject areas for the 2026/2027 academic year. We are seeking passionate, student‑centred educators who are committed to supporting every learner to achieve their full potential.

We have full time or fractional part time vacancies in the following subjects:
- Games Design (fractional 0.6 fixed term to cover maternity leave)
- Biology (up to full time)
- Geology (fractional 0.5 - potentially larger fraction with Geography)
- English GCSE and A-level (fractional 0.5, fixed term for one year)
- Law (up to 0.8 or possible full time with UPS)
- Early Childhood Development (fractional 0.6)
- Health & Social Care (fractional 0.6 or possible full time role)
- Sport (0.6 - potentially larger fraction with UPS)

The Role
Role Profile
As a Lecturer at Callywith College, you will:
- Deliver engaging, high‑quality lessons that inspire students
- Provide personalised academic and pastoral support
- Participate in assessment, progress reviews and curriculum planning
- Work collaboratively within a supportive programme area
- Take on additional professional tasks where appropriate (e.g., course leadership)
- Engage in continuous professional development
About You
We’re looking for individuals who:
- Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject
- Possess or are willing to work towards a recognised teaching qualification
- Are effective communicators who can motivate and inspire young people
- Have experience teaching or training in a related field
- Are committed to inclusive practice, equality, diversity and safeguarding
- Bring enthusiasm and a proactive approach to working in a growing college
