Minibus Driver

About the role

As a Minibus Driver, you will:

• Safely transport students and staff to sports fixtures, trips and college activities
• Provide a calm, responsible and supportive presence while travelling
• Carry out basic vehicle safety checks
• Represent Callywith College positively at all times
• Work closely with staff to ensure smooth and well‑organised journeys
• Full training, including safeguarding and any required induction is provided.

What we’re looking for

You’ll need:

• A full UK driving licence with D1 entitlement
• A safe and responsible driving record
• Confidence working with young people aged 16-19
• A flexible and reliable approach to working hours

Experience in education, youth work or sports support is beneficial but not essential, what matters most is a supportive attitude and commitment to student wellbeing.
