About the role
As a Minibus Driver, you will:
- Safely transport students and staff to sports fixtures, trips and college activities
- Provide a calm, responsible and supportive presence while travelling
- Carry out basic vehicle safety checks
- Represent Callywith College positively at all times
- Work closely with staff to ensure smooth and well‑organised journeys
- Full training, including safeguarding and any required induction is provided.
What we’re looking for
You’ll need:
- A full UK driving licence with D1 entitlement
- A safe and responsible driving record
- Confidence working with young people aged 16-19
- A flexible and reliable approach to working hours
Experience in education, youth work or sports support is beneficial but not essential, what matters most is a supportive attitude and commitment to student wellbeing.
