Callywith College is seeking a dedicated Personal Development Tutor (PDT) to join our existing team of Personal Development Tutors. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference by supporting students’ academic progress, personal growth, and wellbeing.
Role Profile
What you’ll do:
Deliver the college’s tutorial programme and provide pastoral support.
Mentor students to build confidence, resilience, and ambition.
Monitor attendance, achievement, and provide targeted interventions.
Work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to support learners.
Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment.
What we’re looking for:
Experience working with young people and providing advice and guidance.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A genuine interest in education and supporting student success.
