T-Level Assessor (Childcare & Education)

We are seeking a motivated and organised T-Level Assessor to support students undertaking industry placements within the Early Years and Education sector. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced childcare or education professional to use their industry expertise to support students as they develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed for successful careers.
In this role, you will visit students in their placement settings, assess their progress, provide constructive feedback, and work closely with employers and curriculum staff to ensure positive outcomes for learners. You will play a key role in helping students bridge the gap between education and the workplace while maintaining high standards of quality, safeguarding and health and safety.
Role Profile
We are looking for someone with:
- A level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years, Childcare, Education or a related field.
- Significant industry experience within childcare, early years or education settings.
- Experience of assessing, mentoring, coaching or supporting learners in the workplace.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle.
Previous experience of vocational assessment or T-Level industry placements would be advantageous, although training can be provided for the right candidate.
