Bus Pass Payments 2024-25 

Bus passes can be purchased via the College Online Store.  

To access the store, you will need to register for an account using your student ID (available on the Application Portal) and personal email address. If you have applied for a bursary before the deadline, your discount will automatically be applied at checkout stage.

Instructions for purchasing a bus pass on the College Online Store 
 
Please note - Callywith is using the Go Cornwall app to offer virtual ticketing on the bus network. A physical bus pass will not be provided. First year students will be shown how to download the app, claim their code and activate their ticket at the start of term. First year students will not need a bus pass for the first day of term. Ticket codes for second year students will be issued to the student's college email prior to the start of term. Please read the Go Cornwall app instructions.
 
Summer term bus pass payments -  Friday 21st March 2025 -  If attendance during Spring Term is below 90% students may not be eligible for the same level of financial help

Bursary and Subsidised Bus Pass 2024-25 

Callywith is able to subsidise the cost of bus transport for all and offer significant bursaries to reduce the costs for students from lower income households. We can provide bursaries to contribute towards bus pass costs based on total annual household income at the following rates: 
 
Less than £16,000 – Pass cost £65 with a 90% bursary discount of £585* 
Three instalments- £28.00, £25.00 and £12.00 
 
£16,001 - £23,500 – Pass cost £195 with a 70% bursary discount of £455* 
Three instalments - £85.00, £70.00 and £40.00 
 
£23,501 - £35,000 – Pass cost £325 with a 50% bursary discount of £325* 
Three instalments - £140.00, £110.00, £75.00 
 
More than £35,000 – Pass cost £650 
Three instalments - £275.00, £240.00 and £135.00 
 
*On application and dependent upon a minimum of 90% attendance each term for financial help the following term. 
 

Bursary Applications 2024-25

If you are an existing student and think you are eligible for a bursary for the remainder of this year (until 31st August 2025) you will need to complete a 2024-25 Bursary Application on the Student Bursary Portal. Make sure you have selected the academic year Sep 2024 / Aug 2025.
