Transport Pass Terms and Conditions of Purchase 2026-2027

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of student transport passes provided by Callywith College. They form a legally binding agreement. 

1. Parties 
These Terms apply between Callywith College (“the College”) and the student or parent/carer purchasing a transport pass (“the Pass Holder”). 

2. Acceptance 
Purchase of a Pass via the RideTandem app constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 

3. Availability
Passes are allocated on a first come, first served basis and are subject to route capacity limitations. 

4. Validity and Use
Passes are valid only for the named route and academic year purchased and do not guarantee a seat. 

5. Price and Bursaries
Where applicable, bursary-funded discounts apply only after bursary approval. No retrospective discounts will be applied. 

6. Refunds
Passes are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law, including where the College is unable to provide the service as described. 

7. Transfers
Transfers may only occur with prior written approval from the College and where route capacity allows. 

8. Service Changes
The College reserves the right to amend routes and timetables where reasonably necessary. Such changes do not automatically entitle the Pass Holder to a refund. 

9. Conduct and Withdrawal
The College reserves the right to suspend or withdraw a Pass for safety or conduct reasons, without refund.
