Join us at Callywith College on Tuesday 8 July, 4:45pm -7pm for a Year 10 Taster Evening in collaboration with Truro & Penwith College STEM & Health Skills Centre (Bodmin).
Join us at Callywith College on Tuesday 8th July 2025, 4:45pm - 7pm for our Year 10 Taster Evening to experience life as a college student and discover more about our fantastic study opportunities at our Ofsted Outstanding college.
Year 10 pupils will have the opportunity to attend two interactive subject taster sessions of your choice at Callywith College.
This year, we are working alongside Truro & Penwith College’s STEM & Health Skills Centre in Bodmin (Ottery building) next to the Callywith campus. As an alternative to picking two taster sessions at Callywith, you could instead join the STEM Centre for the full evening to explore either Engineering & Manufacturing or Health (Clinical) T Level. If you choose this as your option, you will attend only one taster session and spend the whole evening at the STEM Centre and it will not be possible to combine with other taster sessions at Callywith.
Please note that whilst for this event you can choose subject taster sessions at either Callywith or the STEM Centre, you will not be able to study courses at both colleges upon joining in September 2026.

Spaces are limited, so we recommend booking as soon as possible and by Tuesday 24th June.
Please note this Taster Evening is for those year 10 pupils that are not already attending or unable to attend a taster event at Callywith College with their school.
The taster event is for pupils to attend without parents / carers. We therefore request that parents / carers drop pupils off and pick them up at the end of the evening.
IMPORTANT - When booking, please choose ONE ticket type only: either Callywith or STEM Centre (Bodmin). You will then need to complete the order form to confirm your booking.
CALLYWITH TASTER:
If you choose to attend Callywith College for the evening, please ensure you pick two different subjects. Please arrive at Callywith Temple Reception for 4:45pm and bring your personal timetable (print out or on your phone) which will be emailed to you by the college nearer to the event with room numbers for your chosen subject sessions.
STEM CENTRE TASTER (Bodmin):
If you choose to attend Truro & Penwith’s STEM & Health Skills Centre (Ottery Building) in Bodmin for the evening, then please arrive for 4:45pm and head straight to the Ottery building.
