V Level Education & Early Years (A Level equivalent)

If you are interested in working in education and supporting others to learn, this course will be of great interest to you. It is ideal if you are considering a future career working with children, young people or adults in a range of educational settings.

You will develop a broad understanding of education across different stages, from early years through to adult learning. You will explore how learning is planned and delivered, including different teaching approaches and how to create inclusive learning environments. You will also learn about safeguarding, health and safety, and the importance of building positive relationships. The course will develop your ability to plan learning activities, evaluate progress and adapt teaching to meet the needs of different learners. Alongside this, you will build key skills such as communication, organisation and reflective practice.

You could progress on to university courses in Education, Primary Teaching or related subjects. This course also provides a strong foundation for T Levels, apprenticeships or careers in areas such as teaching, early years, education support or training.

You will require 5 GCSEs at grade 4 including English and Maths.
